This policy explains how BROTOTO SAS, a company based in France, handles information in its games and mobile applications that link to this page (the “Apps”). BROTOTO SAS is responsible for the processing it determines. Contact us at alexandre@brototo.fr with privacy questions or requests.
Information stored on your device
Our Apps may store information on your device to operate and remember your choices. Depending on the App, this can include game progress, in-game currency, settings and progress events. This information remains on your device until the App's data is cleared or the App is removed. A device or platform backup may retain a copy; check your device's backup settings if you wish to remove it as well.
Information handled by service providers
Some Apps include third-party software used for advertising or measuring marketing performance. Depending on the App, its configuration and your choices, such services may handle device and app information, such as an IP address, device model, operating system, app version, installation or session information, advertising identifiers and advertising preferences. They may use it to provide, measure or improve their services. The information actually handled must be verified for each App and release.
Our integrated providers include:
- AppLovin, which provides advertising and mediation technology.
- Tenjin, which provides marketing measurement technology.
Other advertising or measurement partners may receive information where they are configured in an App.
Why information is used
Information may be used to operate an App, save progress and preferences, respond to requests, and, where the relevant services are enabled, provide or measure advertising and marketing. Where required, processing is subject to your consent or another applicable legal basis.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, applicable legal obligations or legitimate dispute resolution. Local game data is retained as described above.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area.
Your choices and rights
You can clear an App's local data using your device settings. Your device may also offer controls for resetting or deleting its advertising identifier. Where an App offers a privacy or consent control, you can use it to manage the choices available there.
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restrict or object to its processing, request portability, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact alexandre@brototo.fr to make a request. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, such as the French CNIL.
Updates
We may update this policy as our Apps or practices change. We will update the date on this page when a revised policy is published.
